Hi Sanjib, I hope all is well! I just finished my evaluation with the client. Overall, they were very happy with the Shikoku part of their trip. As you mentioned, the itinerary was quite full, but they liked all of the experiences. For the future, I think it is important that Shikoku develops a wide range of experiences (cultural, active, culinary, artisan, ...) that clients can choose from, according to their interests. A special thank you to the guide. She was amazing, the best guide they had during their whole trip. Knowledgeable, professional, and above all a very nice person. I recently had the pleasure of participating in Explore Japan’s Shimanami Kaido Tour, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel with its stunning sea view was undoubtedly the tour's highlight. The course meals arranged by the hotel staff were top-notch, adding a special touch to each day. The guide was incredible—cheerful, professional, and always ready to share interesting insights, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The bicycle provided was in excellent condition, allowing for a smooth and comfortable ride throughout the scenic route. I cannot thank Explore Japan enough for arranging this trip. The Japan staff were amazing, handling every detail with care and ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an extraordinary adventure in Japan.

James and I, and Ralph and Jill, would like to thank you for organising the bike ride that we did recently in Japan. Everything worked out perfectly, the hotel in Onomichi, the guide, ebikes, the views on the ride and even the weather! The accommodation in the middle of the ride at Wakka was the very best accommodation that we had experienced in our two weeks in Japan and the staff there were extremely helpful and pleasant. The evening meal that was organised for us, and the shuttle bus to take us to the restaurant, were also perfect. Our accommodation overlooked part of the inland sea, just beautiful, and we were sad to leave. We would definitely recommend others to do this ride.
